1. Information We Collect
When you book a vehicle with Coco Tuk Tuk Rental, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), and payment details. If you request a Sri Lankan Driving License, we also collect copies of your passport and home country driving license.
2. How We Store Your Data
Your booking data is securely stored on Google's Firebase infrastructure. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayHere, a secure third-party gateway. We do not store or process your credit card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to fulfill your rental contract, process your driving license application with the Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC), and provide customer support during your trip. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time after your rental period has concluded. To request deletion, please contact us at info@cocotuktukrental.com.
